Resonance:
Physics predicts how particles and waves merge to form complex and integrated
patterns. AC seeks to draw forth partners, clients, vendors, and lenders
via similar resonance. We stand firm in our commitment to sustainable
and socially-conscious growth. If you also hold these or similar ideas
as paramount today, let's work together to build a better world.
Expansion of Network:
AC seeks to provide clients with a broad array of relationships and
services. We ask that you send your experiences with lenders, banks,
and finance companies as well as experience with individuals who perform
at a high level. If you work closely with an established relationship,
we ask that you email or call and tell us about the highlights of your
experience.
AC intends to build a group of credentialed partners in related fields
such as insurance, management consulting, marketing, billing and accounting,
and similar. We see an integration of our company into that of our partners,
without compromise of integrity or vision.
State Organizations:
A number of AC's relationships intend to express our message to various
state-level organizations. Our commitment to openness, rare in finance,
is then brought to a specific audience as a credentialed provider of
financing services. We expect this element to be central to our growth.
Please contact us if you resonate with our vision and wish to offer
our services to your community. We are seeking assistance within the
community to present our ideas to the editorial boards of industry publications,
state boards and organizations, and similar.
Partnership Over Profit:
All businesses including non-profits require capital to maintain operations.
In modern society, we have observed several powerful examples of profit-driven
business gone to illogical excess. We see this in the compensation of
many executives of top companies; those who read the press and observe
more than just the mainstream news will know of the hypocrisy of big
oil, finance, and related. We see no need for $100MM+ yearly compensation
while millions of Americans live at or below the poverty line. Those
with great wealth have an ever more pressing social obligation to act
in the wisdom of people such as Warren Buffet and Bill and Melinda Gates
who are contributing billions yearly to disease research, education,
and social change.
Greater compassion is needed in business; corporate executives need
to recognize that the past patterns are absolutely unsustainable. We
may live in great abundance, but the places from which the oils in our
soap are gathered by clear cutting of forest, as one example, will come
to a logical end. Multinational corporations have exacted a great toll
on the health of this planet, and we as Americans have not lead a strong-enough
example towards sustainable enterprise. We need more wisdom, more investment,
more commitment to sustainable partnership and collaboration over profit
and personal aggrandizement. There is no excuse. We don't live in a
bubble; we're all in this together. By focusing on partnership and supporting
a global community, we will work with more clear intentions and distribute
wealth more wisely. Fearing the advance of competitive societies such
as India and China is not an option when global air and water quality
are at stake. We must lead and guide by example; we must be willing
to take the high-road on this path.
Our Impact:
In addition to the strength of our external endeavors, AC will focus
on the integrative health of its employees and partners, providing innovative
services that enrich and expand our lives such as can be seen at several
leading tech firms, wherein creativity, passion, and fluidity are all
tied together. We expect to move away from the typical roll- and time-based
structure, allowing our team to define their own vision and to expand
intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
AC expects to act as a steward of the environment by seeking to construct
offices with low-impact carbon emission and similar features. We work
with clients who pursue Leed Certification. AC donates a percentage
of profits to our local communities and intends to expand these programs
into more formal support as our company evolves.
International Finance:
The struggle for integrity is not a local one, it is planet-wide. As
citizens of this planet, we have a responsibility to each other. The
global network has made isolation and narrow-vision a near impossibility.
We are blended, multi-racial, and multi-cultural - we must work together
and support each other.
