Final Words by AC's Founder:
I would humbly offer the following 2 broad observations for consideration. These are my personal opinions, ideas which are still evolving; your feedback is warmly welcomed. 1) I would offer that all of business is a striving for individuals to connect with each other - that businesses have no separate soul but that they are the collective soul of individuals. My theory is such that no corporation can be separated from the energy structures and inner intentions of those who build the company, sell its products, and its customers. Business at its most fundamental point - all business - is the striving of individuals to find meaning in their lives, which ultimately is through connection. As we are cognitively hardwired to be social beings -at the core of all profit endeavors and corporate meetings - we seek connection and meaning with each other. 2) I find that underneath everything, buried quite deeply, the sole motivating force that drives all of human activity is the pursuit of love. That at no point in the deconstruction of our actions and endeavors can we deconstruct this further without embracing Divine, Spiritual, or Religious truths as the endpoint of motivational action. To my discernment, there is no deeper force in human dynamics than the striving to feel, receive, and give love. This forms the fundamental basis of all interactions. Science gives us unequivocal data as to what happens when various animals are raised without love and/or in isolation - brain wiring fails - behavior fails - life fails. Life needs love. We all need love. No one, no thing can survive very long without it. There it is - business is not about money or power - money and power alone are without value. With intention, compassion, and wisdom new worlds of opportunity unfold. That is the essence, the final point of that which we seek to bring to our audience, partners, and friends - a calling forth to transact business, to live, to love each other with an honoring of long-term sight, community-philosophy, compassion and wisdom. I believe in what we do; I believe that our striving holds merit. My closing is this - many of the greatest scholars and masters to have graced this planet have offered much the same admonition - you, me, all of us - we are One.
