CEO Philosophy

Written some time ago by Marcus Simpson, this text emerges from reading on Integrative Philosophy, Spiral Dynamic Theory, and the ideas of Ken Wilbur, American philosopher.
All things are constantly changing. This is fundamental truth. There is nothing stagnant in this universe, nothing. At the deepest levels of phenomena, vibration and movement exist in worlds unlike our own. Within our beings and hearts there is movement, transition. We, humans are changing beings. We grow older; it is guaranteed. We will all meet our fate when our time arrives, guaranteed.

As humans, we enter this life with a contract. We arrive with unrealized potential, balancing genetic code, culture, effort, and luck. We strive and grow. For many we are taught and experience an outward Truth, Divine, for some an inward one, both direct and indirect, spiteful and kind, rigid and open, our place of birth and our destiny closely intertwined. In our youth, we ingest vast quantities of data; with effort we become part of the tribe. Self-exploration brings reflection and eventual removal of patterns inconsistent with one's newfound sense of being, awareness. We may transcend local and national consciousness to empathically understand the lives, plight, and destinies of our friends across this planet and our neighbors of all kinds. Compassion, wisdom, collective understanding. Our path is I, We, All of Us; egocentricity, local and national centricity, expanded awareness.
It is up to each of us to what breadth the All of Us becomes. We may localize our feelings and affinities, or we may achieve immense connection, greatness in profound ways, the dream merging with reality, the sublime painting the manifest. Our contract is a dynamic one, our life a canvas. We choose our paths; perhaps we choose nothing and everything. We are responsible for all and only for ourselves. To affect change, we start within. We embrace ourselves, love each other, and strive to be of service to all grand and small.

Within our beings at the end of our day and the twilight of our lives, the fortnight of our heart's longing, we seek inner quietness, peace, love, rest and awareness of self. We enter alone and we will leave this plane alone with only internal reflections as our harshest judge. We are one and individuated. For all of us, life comes with burdens and challenges. When we act, when we perform, create, live, when we speak let us do so with the greatest intention, the highest truth, the greatest power, the pensive and pure heart. Let wisdom flow throughout as love through darkness. We are cosmic beings, when will we awaken. Paradoxes abound; balance is everywhere. Today is the day for action and for rest. Today is the day for us to choose our reality and to declare our intention.
Our lives a performance, a meditation, an opera, a symphony, our impact a sculpture, a gem cut by the finest jeweler, our capabilities infinite. Cause and effect, action and reaction, we are an open book. All that we are is our deepest unmanifest potential. At every stage, every human being at every level has limitless impact and creative potential. We strive to live with high intention, with discipline, with love at the root of our actions, our thoughts, and the essence of our beings. We strive to connect with our relations and with all of life as we are a manifestation of the collective and the collective a manifestation of ourselves.
